03Account & KYC
You agree to provide accurate information and complete identity verification. We may suspend accounts that fail verification or breach these terms.
04Acceptable use
You will not use the platform for unlawful activity, market abuse, or to circumvent risk and security controls.
05Risk acknowledgment
You acknowledge the risks of leveraged trading as described in our Risk Disclosure and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORRAXIS liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
07Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
